1. In a mixing bowl, add in 1 cup of warm water along with sugar and yeast. Mix for 2 rounds then cover and rest till activated which takes about 5-10 min. Next, add in the rest of the ingredients and keep mixing till dough shape forms and it gets together. You might need to add more flour and knead if needed. Let it rest from 30 min to an hour.
2. Pre-heat oven at high temperature, brush pizza pans with vegetable oil then spread part of dough on pans. Place toppings of choice. For BBQ pizza, spread BBQ sauce then sprinkle a pinch of chili flakes around. Mozzarella comes next, chicken, onions, jalapeños and finally some extra cheese. Bake till bottom layer is golden then broil for about 5 mins or till crust is golden and cheese completely melts. Serve hot and enjoyy.
