1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Pray baking pan with nonstick spray then set aside. In a big bowl, sift the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt then set aside.
2. In an electrical mixer, mix eggs, sugar and vanilla till thick creamy mixture forms at high speed (takes around 7-10 mins). Add in oil, yogurt, baking soda and water, mix well then combine with the flour cocoa mixture. Place in baking pan and bake for 40 mins (might need more or less depending on your oven, just make sure the tooth pick comes out clean)
3. While the cake is baking, place all sauce ingredients in saucepan at low heat (you might need more milk if the consistency is too thick). Take out the cake once done, place on serving plate and poke in holes using a wooden stick while still hot. Pour in hot chocolate sauce and spread (you’ll have extra sauce that you’ll keep on the side when serving). Let it cool for 30 mins, top with chocolate shavings before serving and enjoy ?
