1. In large pan, place olive oil with onions and stir till translucent. Add in minced beef, let it cook till it’s water almost dried out, add in spices mix well together and set aside. Meanwhile, boil potatoes for 20-30 mins or until soft.
2. Place potatoes in bowl with 2 tbsp of cheese and 2 tsp of salt and mash. Take a big amount and spread on pyrex as your first layer. Add in cooked minced beef as your second layer then finally roll the rest of the potatoes into balls and place on top of the beef.
3. In a bowl, mix can of cream, 2 tbsp of spreadable cheese, milk, salt and pepper then pour on top of the potato balls. Add 2 handful of mozzarella cheese then bake till cheese melts and golden. Garnish with coriander & enjoy ?
