Savory muffins that are the perfect companion to soup or chili!
- 1-½ cup Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
- ½ teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 1-½ cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 3 Tablespoons Fresh Chives
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 cup Milk
- ¼ sticks Butter, Melted
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and lightly grease a muffin pan. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Stir in the shredded cheese and chives. Then, stir in the egg, milk, and butter. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir just until combined.
Pour the batter into the muffin pan. Bake 20-25 minutes. Serve warm.
