Broccoli Cheese Rice Casserole Recipe

– 1 large head fresh broccoli
– 10 1/2 oz can crem of mushroom soup
– 1 c mayo
– 2 eggs, beaten
– 1 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese
– 20 ritz crackers, crushed


1. Steam the broccoli until nice and tender, chop florets into small pieces.

2. Place the broccoli in a large bowl and add in the remaining ingredients. Stir well to combine.

3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
