Just made this for the first time mexican coconut ice cream.
INGREDIENTS
– Got my molds from walmart
– 2 cups of coconut milk
– 2cups of evaporated milk
– 3/4 cup sugar
– 1/2 tsp of Vanilla extract
PROCESS
Mix all ingredients in a bowl keep stirring until all the sugars mixed up.
Pour mixture in your molds i got 6 out of this.
Add coconut i bought the bag that was already shredded and sweeten i added after i poured in mixture this is optional i wanted the real deal so good on a hot day enjoy
