Pimentón is just a fancy word for smoked paprika. Simple, but it has a great flavor!
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 whole Zucchini
- Exra Virgin Olive Oil
Slice the zucchini thinly, crush and chop the garlic.
Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a skillet, throw in the zucchini, garlic, and pimentón and stir it around for a few minutes until the garlic smells good and the zucchini is cooked but still crisp.
Salt, plate and eat.
