Description
I wanted to create a portable, filling breakfast. I used some of the pancake mix I bought on sale and came up with a muffin that got the thumbs up from all of my gang.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Complete Pancake Mix
- 1 cup Water
- ⅓ pounds Cooked Sausage Links, Cut Into Pieces
Preparation
Combine ingredients and pour into 6 greased muffin cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes or until done.
Try dipping it in syrup.
