  • For the Crust:
  • 8 graham crackers, large sheets
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 5 tbsp Challenge Butter, melted
  • For the Filling:
  • 4 Challenge Dairy cream cheese, 8oz packages, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 large eggs
  • For the Pecan Topping:
  • 1 1/2 cups pecans, chopped
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 caramel ice cream topping, 12.25 oz jar
